Labor Day Party

Today was our first party of the year for the BYU and former BYU Thackeray Family and a couple of friends. There were 15 of us, including Elsa. This year we welcomed Lindsay and Ashley to BYU. My house is still under construction, so Blake and Kindra (and the Gales) were the hosts. Thanks!

Blake grilled chicken breasts. They were perfectly moist and so yummy. Christie, Jessica, Kindra, and Jill brought tasty salads.


We grilled smores too. I also made a cream cheese pound cake from the Southern Living cookbook.
Played a few rounds of corn-hole.

Played 5-Crowns, and I lost once again. I think I'm going to start getting a complex about always losing.
The weather was perfect! The food was great. And the company was even better.
